• Variations may include changes in colour, design, size, pattern, yarn, stitching and texture.
• Natural fibre loss, shedding, occasional mixed-colour yarns and loose threads are expected and add character.
• If uniformity and perfection are your priority, hand-made or natural jute rugs may not be ideal.

• Hand-made rugs: expect natural variation (“Abrash”) in colour, design, size, pattern, yarn, stitching and texture.
• Some shedding and stray fibres are normal; rogue fibres can be trimmed with scissors (do not pull).

• If uniformity and consistency are important, machine-made synthetics may suit you better.
• Exchanged items will still have their own natural variations.

• Shedding: normal and expected in wool rugs; not a manufacturing fault.
• Natural fibre rugs: materials like jute and sisal feature inherent irregularities in weave and shading — that’s their charm.
• All natural grass-fibre rugs are beautifully “perfectly imperfect”.

• Wool rugs may carry a natural animal-fibre scent — this is normal and temporary.
