• Rug Love proudly introduces the original “Price Match Promise” in the rug industry!
• You won’t get it cheaper. Full stop.

• No need to contact us manually — our system automatically matches prices.
• Simply enter your details directly on any product page to request a match.

• Please review our Price Match Terms before submitting a request.
• If the retailer is one we don’t match with, the system will not recognise it and no response will be sent.
• We promise to match the price of any product against any other online or physical UK retailer — including discount codes.
• To verify the competitor’s pricing, a direct URL link is required showing the product at the price quoted.

• Submit your request directly on any product page before purchasing.

• If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund the difference.
• For online purchases, email the product link and your order number to hello@ruglove.co.uk.
• Once verified, we’ll process a refund for the price difference.

• We match any price from other UK rug retailers, including those with discount codes.
• The competing product must be offered under identical terms, and price and stock must be verifiable.
• The model number and condition must match exactly (new, not used or graded).
• Both retailers must have the item in stock and available to purchase at the quoted price — it cannot be discontinued.
• We do not match prices from trade-only, membership-only, or third-party marketplace sellers (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Costco, Wayfair).
• We will not price match retailers who are no longer trading — we recommend avoiding them.
• All price matches are at our discretion; if it would cause a loss, we reserve the right to decline.

• We do not price match if the competitor’s pricing is clearly a result of an error.
• Example: a medium rug priced far below a large rug in the same range, while all other sizes follow normal pricing.
• This discrepancy indicates a pricing mistake, and such offers are excluded from our Price Match Promise.
• Our advice: order directly with the retailer before they correct their pricing error.
