Spread the cost of your Rug Love order over 4 interest-free instalments with Clearpay. Payments are spread over 6 weeks, subject to eligibility and Clearpay's terms and conditions.
How does Clearpay work?
Clearpay does not approve every order. Clearpay determines whether credit is available to you and may consider factors including affordability, your account history and information contained in your credit report. Rug Love cannot influence Clearpay's decision or your available spending limit.
4 Interest-Free Instalments
Clearpay divides your purchase into 4 instalments over 6 weeks. Payments are generally due every 2 weeks.
Clearpay does not charge interest on its Pay in 4 plan.
Payments
Your payment schedule is managed by Clearpay. Payments are automatically taken from your nominated payment method on the scheduled due dates.
You can view your payment schedule and make eligible payments early through your Clearpay account or app.
Eligibility
Clearpay credit is subject to status. You must be aged 18 or over and be a permanent UK resident, excluding the Channel Islands.

Credit Checks
Clearpay may use information including affordability information and information contained in your credit report when assessing your account and available spending limit.

Late Payments & Fees
Clearpay does not charge interest. Late fees may, however, apply if a scheduled payment is not made on time.
For orders under £24, Clearpay does not charge a late fee. For orders of £24 or more, a £6 late fee may apply if an instalment is not paid by its due date, followed by a further £6 if that instalment remains unpaid 7 days later.
Total late fees are capped at the lower of £24 or 25% of the purchase price of the order.
Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future. Clearpay may also pass unpaid debt to a debt collection agency and may report missed payments to Credit Reference Agencies, which could affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.
Returns & Refunds
Paying with Clearpay does not change Rug Love's returns process. If you need to return an item, please submit your return through our Returns Portal.
Once an eligible refund has been processed by Rug Love, it is returned through the original payment method. Clearpay will then adjust your payment plan or process any applicable refund in accordance with your Clearpay agreement.
You should continue to manage any payments due to Clearpay until your return or refund has been reflected in your Clearpay account. Your Clearpay account or app will show the current status of your payment plan.
Who manages my Clearpay payments?
Clearpay provides and manages the Clearpay credit agreement. Rug Love cannot approve Clearpay applications, alter your payment schedule, change your spending limit or make decisions about your Clearpay account.

Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it is still unpaid 7 days later, where applicable. Late fees are capped in accordance with Clearpay's current terms. Missed payments may affect your future access to credit and your details may be passed to a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf.
Clearpay is deemed authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the purposes of the Temporary Permission regime for Regulated Deferred Payment Credit.
