DATES Approximate Due Dates
- Each pre-order shows an approximate due date for reference.
- Once back in stock, your rug ships automatically—no need to contact us.
- Please allow our standard dispatch and delivery times after restock.
APPLIES Due Dates Apply Universally
- The same due date applies to all orders of that product.
- If the supplier revises the date, it updates for every pending pre-order automatically.
DELAY Potential Shipping Delays
- Global logistics challenges (e.g. Red Sea diversions) may lengthen routes and delay arrivals.
- We’ll always update our estimated restock dates as soon as we receive new information.
LIVE Live Pre-Order Due Dates
- Rug Love was the first UK rug store to provide hourly updated pre-order due dates.
- This ensures transparency—no retailer receives the stock before us.
DEPOSIT 20 % Deposit Option
- Secure your rug with just a 20 % deposit—no full payment required.
- When stock arrives, we’ll automatically email an invoice for the remaining balance.
- Balance can be paid via Klarna, Clearpay, Laybuy, PayPal Pay in 3, or standard methods.
- Deposits lock in the current price, protecting against any future increases.
CHANGES Changing Arrival Dates
- Arrival dates may shift due to factors beyond our control.
- Check our website for hourly refreshed supplier data.
- The date shown is when the rug arrives in stock, not delivery to your door.
- If you prefer not to wait, you can cancel instantly via your order confirmation page for a full refund.
MONITOR Monitoring Expected Delivery Dates
- Please monitor pre-order dates before and after purchase, as they update hourly.
- No financial compensation is offered for external delays.
- You can cancel any time for a full refund if waiting becomes inconvenient.

LAST ONE Final Available Unit
- “Last One” indicates the final unit available from the manufacturer.
- Occasionally, these may sell out simultaneously across retailers.
- If unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly with refund or next-batch options.
- Stock status and due dates are identical across UK retailers since suppliers are shared.
