- Our colour/image/design disclaimer exists to prevent disputes over interpretation. Images are manufacturer-supplied and used by UK retailers.

- Multiple units: if you purchase more than one of the same rug, colours may vary between inventory batches. Contact us before ordering if you require batch verification (especially for handmade rugs).
- Colour variation: despite our best efforts, actual colours/designs can vary due to device screens, lighting and dye-lot differences. Non-fault colour/design differences aren’t considered defects.
