Refunds are issued upon inspection of the returned goods. please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to arrive into your bank account. Refunds can only issued using the original payment method. Please check your Klarna and Clearpay account for refunds to these providers. All Faulty returns will be inspected by the manufacturers technical team therefore we require a photograph of the fault.
