Important Product Notes for Plush & High-Pile Rugs:
While the Olympia collection has a soft, reflective finish, it is important to be aware of the general characteristics of plush and shaggy rugs:

• Shedding: Fibre shedding is completely normal, especially in the first few weeks of use.

• Pile Flattening: All rugs with a high pile will flatten and matt over time. This is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered by manufacturer warranties. Rugs with a pile height of 4 cm and above will show the most flattening.

• Sprouting / Pilling: High-pile rugs, including ranges such as Montana, Polar, Sierra 9000, Extravagance, Plush, and Barnaby, may experience sprouting or pilling — where some strands appear longer than others. Simply trim these with sharp scissors rather than pulling them out, as pulling may damage the rug. Sprouting and pilling are natural characteristics of high-pile rugs and are not considered defects.
